How to Use
For spot, panel, multi-panel refinishing
- Verify the substrate is a properly cured e-coat surface; ensure it is clean, dry, and free of contaminants.
- Mix PROSPRAY® AmTech™ AM-600-4 at a 4 : 1 ratio (four parts clearcoat to one part hardener) by weight. Stir thoroughly.
- Work within the 5-hour pot life measured at 78 °F (25.6 °C). Do not exceed this time before application.
- Apply the mixture by spray, laying down the first coat to a wet film thickness of approximately 1.0 mil.
- Allow a flash time of 8-10 minutes, then apply the second coat using the same technique.
