USC® Icing® 26006 is a pourable, brush‑able polyester finishing putty supplied in a 24 fl‑oz tube. It is designed for high‑quality fill, smooth‑out, and final surface preparation before clearcoat on automotive panels and repair work.
The formulation cures at an average application temperature of 220 °F, providing rapid build‑up and excellent flow on a wide range of substrates including ABS, aluminum, fiberglass, galvanized steel, polyester, wood, and OEM plastics. With a VOC content of 281 g/L, the putty offers efficient coverage while meeting typical shop emission standards.
Use in a well‑ventilated area and wear appropriate PPE: eye protection, chemical‑resistant gloves, protective clothing, and a respirator. The material has a flash point of 93.9 °F (34.4 °C) and is classified with multiple GHS hazards, requiring strict adherence to safety protocols.
