How to Use
For use on properly prepped primed or painted surfaces and bare metal
- Clean and dry the substrate (aluminum, OEM primer, steel) to remove oil, rust, and loose material.
- Dispense the 1‑component seam sealer directly from the tube; no mixing ratio is required.
- Apply the sealer with a brush, roller, or suitable applicator to fill the seam. Work within the 5‑10 minute work (flash) window.
- If a second coat is required, apply it after the flash time and repeat step 3.
- Allow the seam to cure for 24 hours at 70 °F (21 °C) to achieve a 4 mm film thickness.
