Dual-Mix™ 39767 is a low-viscosity, gray liquid plastic repair material supplied in a 7 oz cartridge. It is formulated for fast, high-strength repairs on OEM plastics and primed surfaces where seamless blending with surrounding panels is required.
The material offers a 5-minute work window at 70 °F (21 °C) followed by a sandable stage after 15 minutes, allowing rapid shaping before final finishing. Full cure is achieved in 1 hour under the same conditions, delivering a durable, zero-VOC repair that bonds to plastic substrates without additional primers. Its low flash point of 218 °C and zero VOC content support safe handling in typical body shop environments.
Due to acute toxicity, skin corrosion, eye damage, and respiratory hazards, use Dual-Mix™ 39767 only with appropriate PPE: chemical-resistant gloves, eye protection, protective clothing, and a respirator. How to Use
For olefin based plastics and semi rigid and rigid plastics
- Clean the substrate (OEM plastic or primed surface) to remove dust, grease, and loose material.
- Dispense both components of the Dual-Mix cartridge and blend thoroughly; complete mixing must be finished within the 5 min work time at 70 °F (21 °C).
- Apply the material with a spreader or brush in a single coat, shaping as needed before the material begins to set.
- Allow the repair to become sandable for 15 minutes at 70 °F (21 °C) before sanding smooth.
- After sanding, let the repaired area cure for 1 hour at 70 °F (21 °C) before handling or finishing.
