Dual-Mix™ quick set 20 is a very fast, two component, opaque, urethane adhesive designed for bumper tab repair and bonding most small plastic, steel and aluminum parts.
Dual-Mix™ Quick Set 20 is a two-component clear adhesive supplied in a 1.7 oz cartridge, designed for rapid bonding of structural and non-structural components in collision repair. It provides a fast work time for precise placement and a quick cure to return the vehicle to service.
The formulation offers a flash time of 15 seconds at 70 °F (21 °C) and reaches full strength in 15 minutes under the same conditions, allowing efficient workflow on high-volume panels. It adheres to a broad range of substrates including aluminum, steel, fiberglass, concrete, wood, OEM plastics, SMC, and other bare metals, ensuring versatility across body shop applications.
Due to its acute toxicity and classification as a carcinogen, proper personal protective equipment is required: eye protection, chemical-resistant gloves, protective clothing, and a respirator in well-ventilated areas. Follow standard first-aid procedures for inhalation, skin contact, or eye exposure as outlined in the SDS.

Application Guide
- Clean the substrate (aluminum, steel, fiberglass, wood, etc.) to remove oil, rust, dust, and moisture; ensure a dry surface.
- Dispense both components of the 2-component adhesive and mix thoroughly. The mixture must be used within the work time of 15 seconds (pot life).
- Apply a thin, even coat to the prepared area. Do not exceed one coat per cure cycle.
- Allow the adhesive to set for 15 minutes at 70°F (21°C) before handling or proceeding with further assembly.
