Dual-Mix™ Quick Set 50 is a two-component, black epoxy adhesive designed for rapid structural bonding in collision repair. It delivers high-strength joins on a wide range of substrates, making it suitable for panel alignment, reinforcement and fixture work where fast turnaround is critical.
The formulation cures to full strength in 15 minutes at 70 °F (21 °C) with a work time of only 45 seconds, allowing technicians to position parts quickly before the adhesive sets. It adheres reliably to aluminum, steel, bare metal, concrete, fiberglass, OEM plastics, SMC, and wood, providing versatile coverage across typical body shop materials.
Due to its acute toxicity and classified hazards (eye damage, skin corrosion, respiratory irritation, carcinogen), proper personal protective equipment-eye protection, gloves, protective clothing, and a respirator-is required. Use in a well-ventilated area and follow the first-aid instructions for inhalation, skin contact, and eye exposure.

Application Guide
- Clean and dry the substrate (aluminum, steel, wood, fiberglass, etc.) to remove oil, rust, or contaminants.
- Mix the two components thoroughly; the mixed adhesive has a work time of 45 seconds at 70°F (21°C).
- Apply the adhesive within the work window using a suitable applicator. One coat is sufficient for bonding.
- Allow the joint to cure for 15 minutes at 70°F (21°C) before handling or applying additional layers.
