Factory Pack™ 19023 Automotive Basecoat is a ready-to-use (RTU) aerosol basecoat supplied in a 16 oz can, formulated for professional automotive refinishing where a uniform white primer layer is required before color application.
The formulation adheres to e-coat, OEM finishes, plastics and existing primers, providing reliable film build on typical body shop substrates. Stored in a cool, dry environment the product maintains its performance throughout its shelf life. Coverage rates are consistent with standard aerosol basecoats, enabling efficient application without additional mixing.
Handling requires strict safety controls: wear eye protection, chemical-resistant gloves, protective clothing and use a respirator in well-ventilated areas. The material is classified for acute toxicity, aquatic toxicity, carcinogenicity, compressed gas hazards, skin corrosion, eye damage, flammability, organ toxicity, reproductive effects, and specific H-statements (H222, H280, H315, H318, H336, H351, H361, H372).
