SEM® Vinyl Coat™ M25223 is a flexible aerosol coating formulated for quick repairs and refinishing of ABS and other plastics. Delivered in a 16 oz can of stingray yellow, it provides a durable finish that conforms to the substrate's movement, making it ideal for body panel touch-ups and trim restoration.
The coating cures to a handleable state in 24 hours at 70 °F (21 °C) and offers low VOC emissions of 5.08-5.18 lb/gal (610-621 g/L), meeting stringent environmental regulations while ensuring consistent film formation. Its formulation adheres well to ABS and similar plastics, delivering a flexible, impact-resistant layer without compromising the underlying material.
