U-POL DOLPHIN™ UP0657 1K Combination Putty is a single-component, olive-green liquid filler designed for rapid repair of aluminum, galvanized steel, plastic, polyester and standard steel panels. It is supplied in a 200 g tube for spot repairs and small panel work.
The putty delivers a low VOC level of 375 g/L (applied VOC ≈ 3) and requires 2-3 coats to achieve a smooth finish. Its formulation provides good adhesion to the listed substrates without additional primers, allowing efficient build-up and sanding cycles.
Due to its flammable nature (flash point 28 °C) and classified hazards-including acute toxicity, aspiration risk, carcinogenicity, eye damage and skin corrosion-use must include eye protection, gloves, protective clothing and a respirator in a well-ventilated area. Follow H-statements H225, H226, H304, H312, H315, H332, H351 and H373 for safe handling.
