U-POL GOLD UP0688 Flowable Glaze is a liquid filler designed for smoothing minor surface imperfections and achieving high-quality finish preparation on automotive substrates. This 440 mL filler bag formulation flows easily into small scratches, pinholes, and surface irregularities, eliminating the need for extensive sanding while providing excellent leveling properties.
The flowable formula adheres to multiple substrates including steel, aluminum, fiberglass, polyester, and primer surfaces, making it versatile for various repair applications. With a VOC content of 225 g/l (1.88 lb/gal), this glaze meets regulatory requirements while maintaining excellent working characteristics. The product utilizes a batch coding system for shelf life tracking to ensure consistent performance.
Proper ventilation and standard PPE including gloves and eye protection are recommended during application. The liquid consistency allows for spray application or spreading with appropriate tools, reducing labor time compared to traditional glazing compounds.
