U-POL D™ UP0709 Fine Metallic Polyester Filler is a 1.1 L tin of silver metallic filler designed for high-quality body repairs and surface refinishing. Formulated with a 2 % weight hardener, it provides a smooth, sandable finish on a range of substrates including aluminum, fiberglass, polyester, primer, and steel.
The formulation delivers low VOC emissions at 227 g/L (1.89 lb/gal) and maintains stability through U-POL's batch coding shelf-life system. Its metallic pigment offers consistent coverage with minimal build-up, making it suitable for precise spot repairs and larger panel work where a uniform appearance is required.
Due to its classification as acute toxicity, flammable, and oxidizer, proper personal protective equipment is mandatory: eye protection, chemical-resistant gloves, protective clothing, and a respirator in well-ventilated areas. The product has a flash point of 30 °C; handle away from ignition sources and follow all H-statements (H224, H226, H304, H315, H319, H332, H336, H361).
