U-POL GRAVITEX PLUS UP0721 is a high-solid stone chip protector designed to shield automotive substrates from impact damage and road debris. This single-component coating provides durable protection for underbody components, wheel wells, and other high-impact areas where stone chip resistance is critical.
The formula cures in 4 to 6 hours and can be applied in 1 to 2 coats depending on protection requirements. Compatible with aluminum, bare metal, fiberglass, polyester, primer, and SMC substrates, making it suitable for both OEM and aftermarket applications. With a 425 g/l VOC content, ensure adequate ventilation during application and follow proper spray booth protocols.
Supplied in a convenient 1-liter bottle with a 2-year shelf life when stored in the original sealed container. The black finish provides a professional appearance while delivering long-term protection against environmental and mechanical damage.
