U-POL GRAVITEX PLUS UP0722 is a high-solids stone chip protector designed to provide durable impact resistance on vehicle undercarriages, wheel wells, and rocker panels. This white, textured coating creates a flexible barrier that withstands road debris while maintaining adhesion to multiple substrate types including aluminum, bare metal, fiberglass, polyester, primer, and SMC composites.
The single-component formula cures in 4 to 6 hours and typically requires only 1 to 2 coats for effective coverage, reducing application time and material costs. With a 2-year shelf life when stored in sealed containers and a VOC content of 425 g/l, this coating delivers reliable performance while meeting shop workflow requirements. The 1-liter bottle format provides convenient handling for both spot repairs and larger coverage areas.
