GRAVITEX PLUS is a hard, durable underbody coating that can also be used to reproduce the manufacturer's original stone chip protective finish.
U-POL GRAVITEX PLUS UP0723 is a high-solids stone chip protector designed to provide durable impact resistance on vehicle undercarriages, wheel wells, and lower body panels. This gray-tinted coating creates a flexible barrier that absorbs impacts from road debris while maintaining adhesion to the substrate during vehicle flexing and temperature changes.
The formulation cures in 4 to 6 hours and can be applied in 1 to 2 coats depending on desired protection level. Compatible with aluminum, bare metal, fiberglass, polyester, primer, and SMC substrates, making it suitable for both OEM and aftermarket applications. With a 2-year shelf life in sealed containers and 425 g/l VOC content, proper storage and adequate ventilation are required during application.
