U-POL GOLD UP0745 is a lightweight polyester body filler designed for efficient panel repair and shaping on multiple automotive substrates. This gold-colored paste formulation provides excellent workability and sandability while reducing overall repair weight compared to traditional fillers. The 3-liter tin size offers substantial coverage for larger repair jobs or high-volume shops.
This versatile filler bonds effectively to aluminum, fiberglass, polyester, primed surfaces, and steel, making it suitable for both steel and aluminum panel repairs. The lightweight formulation reduces substrate stress while maintaining structural integrity. With a VOC content of 189 g/l, this product requires adequate ventilation and appropriate respiratory protection during mixing and application.
