The 1 US gal raptor kit is the industry standard in bedliner coating. Each kit contains four bottles of Raptor and one tin of hardener. Each kit covers approximately 125 sq-ft, enough to do a full size pick up truck bed. Compatible with both Raptor Schutz and Professional vari nozzle application guns.
The U-POL 0821VG Low VOC Raptor Kit is a protective coating system designed for professional application on truck beds, trailers, and heavy-duty surfaces requiring durable protection. This tintable 1-gallon kit provides up to 125 square feet of coverage and meets low VOC requirements at 9.18 lb/gal (1120 g/l), making it compliant with stringent environmental regulations while delivering exceptional performance.
The system applies in 2 coats with excellent adhesion to multiple substrates including aluminum, bare metal, concrete, fiberglass, galvanized surfaces, plastics, and existing primers. Between coats, allow a 60-minute flash time for proper curing. The tintable formulation allows for custom color matching to meet specific project requirements while maintaining the coating's protective properties across diverse substrates from automotive panels to industrial equipment.
