U-POL RAPTOR UP4883 is a 2K polyurethane bedliner formulated for aerosol application. It provides a durable, chemical-resistant coating for truck beds, trailers and other high-impact surfaces where a tough, matte finish is required.
The formula cures to full hardness in 5-7 days at ambient conditions and delivers up to 14.5 sq-ft coverage per 13.2 oz can when applied in two coats. Flash-off time begins at 68 °F (20 °C), allowing rapid recoat without compromising adhesion. Compatible substrates include aluminum, bare metal, e-coat, fiberglass, galvanized steel, OEM plastics, polyester, primer, SMC and wood, making it suitable for a wide range of repair and refurbishment jobs.
Use in a well-ventilated area and wear eye protection, chemical-resistant gloves, protective clothing, and a respirator as required by the SDS. The product is classified with acute toxicity, flammability and other hazards; follow all H-statements (H225, H226, H304, H312, H315, H317, H319, H332) for safe handling.

How to Use
For both consumers and professionals
- Clean the substrate thoroughly to remove oil, grease, dust, and loose material; ensure the surface is dry.
- Verify ambient temperature is at least 68 °F (20 °C) before spray start; this is the minimum flash-off temperature.
- Shake the aerosol can for at least 1 minute to homogenize the product.
- Apply the first coat with a steady, overlapping spray pattern, maintaining a 6-8 in (15-20 cm) distance from the surface.
- Allow flash time of approximately 10-15 minutes (minimum 68 °F) before applying the second coat.
- Apply the second coat using the same technique; ensure full coverage for a uniform finish.
- Let the coating cure undisturbed for 5-7 days to achieve maximum hardness and chemical resistance.
