U-POL RAPTOR UP4884 is a two-component (2K) bedliner formulated for spray application from a 13.2 oz aerosol can. It provides a durable, chemical-resistant coating ideal for protecting truck beds, cargo areas, and other high-impact surfaces.
The formulation cures at ambient temperature with flash-off achievable in minutes when the ambient temperature is ≥68 °F (20 °C). One can covers approximately 14.5 sq-ft per coat; two coats are recommended for full thickness, delivering a uniform basalt gray finish that adheres to aluminum, bare metal, e-coat, fiberglass, galvanized steel, OEM plastics, polyester, primer, SMC, and wood substrates.
Application requires standard personal protective equipment: eye protection, chemical-resistant gloves, protective clothing, and a respirator. Use in a well-ventilated area and follow H-statements H225, H317, H319, H332, H335, H336, H400, and H410 for fire, health, and environmental hazards.

- Apply the first coat with a steady, overlapping spray pattern. Maintain a consistent distance of 6-8 in (15-20 cm) from the surface.
- Allow flash-off time as specified for 68 °F (typically 5-10 min) before applying the second coat.
- Apply the second coat using the same technique to achieve full coverage and thickness.
- Let the finished coating cure under normal conditions; no additional heating is required.
