How to Use
For both consumers and professionals
- Clean and degrease the substrate (aluminum, bare metal, e-coat, fiberglass, galvanized, OEM, plastic, polyester, primer, SMC, wood) to remove all contaminants.
- Verify ambient temperature is at least 68 °F (20 °C); this is the minimum flash-off temperature.
- Shake the aerosol can thoroughly before use to ensure uniform dispersion of resin and catalyst.
- Apply the first coat evenly with a smooth, overlapping spray pattern. Allow the flash time as specified for 68 °F (typically a few minutes) before proceeding.
- Apply the second coat over the flashed first coat using the same technique.
- Allow the finished coating to cure at ambient temperature; full cure is achieved after the recommended drying period per the product data sheet.
