U-POL RAPTOR UP5024 is a clear, single-component adhesion promoter delivered in a 12.4 oz aerosol can. It is formulated to improve bond strength between primer and topcoat on a wide range of body shop substrates.
Designed for use at an ambient temperature of 68 °F, the promoter provides effective coverage with one to two light coats. It adheres to aluminum, e-coat, fiberglass, galvanized steel, OEM panels, plastics, SMC, and standard automotive steel, ensuring reliable wet-on-wet performance across typical repair materials.
Because the formulation is classified as a flammable liquid with acute toxicity and respiratory hazards, apply in a well-ventilated area while wearing eye protection, chemical-resistant gloves, protective clothing, and a respirator as required by the SDS. Follow all H-statements (H225, H226, H304, H312, H315, H319, H332, H336) for safe handling.
