It provides a controlled, extended pot life that allows technicians to work up to 2-4 hours at 72 °F (22 °C) before the mixture begins to cure, making it ideal for large panels or complex repairs.
The activator mixes at a ratio of 4 parts clearcoat to 1 part activator and delivers approximately 480 sq ft. of coverage at a 1.0 mil film thickness. It is compatible with e-coat and plastic substrates, ensuring reliable adhesion on pre-treated metal and polymer surfaces without additional primers.
Handling requires standard PPE: eye protection, chemical-resistant gloves, protective clothing, and a respirator in well-ventilated areas.
