USC® 58215 All Resin is a 1-qt amber liquid resin formulated for high-performance filler, coating, and repair applications in automotive body work. It bonds to a wide range of substrates-including fiberglass, plastic, polyester, primer, SMC, and wood-making it suitable for structural repairs, surface preparation, and composite laminations.
The formulation delivers a VOC level of 384 g/L and provides rapid cure characteristics with an estimated flash point of 93.9 °F (34.4 °C). Its low viscosity ensures excellent flow and coverage, allowing efficient build-up on complex geometries while maintaining strong adhesion across the listed substrates.
Due to its classification as a Warning hazard, proper personal protective equipment is required: eye protection, chemical-resistant gloves, protective clothing, and a respirator in well-ventilated areas.
