USC® 77703 Final Finish Glaze is an 8 oz liquid glaze formulated for high-gloss, metallic gold finishes on repaired panels. It is intended for the final coating stage to enhance depth and uniformity before clearcoat application.
The glaze can be applied at 210 °F-230 °F (99 °C-110 °C) and adheres to a wide range of substrates including ABS, aluminum, fiberglass, galvanized steel, OEM plastics, polyester, primer, SMC, wood, and standard automotive steel. Its VOC content is 278 g/L, providing consistent flow and leveling while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Because the product carries a "Warning" signal word with acute toxicity, aspiration, carcinogenicity, and flammability hazards, technicians must wear eye protection, chemical-resistant gloves, protective clothing, and a respirator. Use in a well-ventilated area and follow standard first-aid procedures for inhalation, skin, eye, or ingestion exposure.
