USC® 77704 Flexible Glaze is an 8-oz liquid glaze formulated for final finish work on a wide range of automotive substrates. It provides a uniform, off-white base that enhances color depth and prepares the surface for clearcoat application in collision repair and refinishing projects.
The formulation delivers low VOC emissions at 281 g/L while remaining effective across ABS, aluminum, fiberglass, galvanized steel, OEM plastics, polyester, primer, SMC, wood, and other common body shop materials. Optimal performance is achieved when applied at an average temperature of 205 °F, ensuring consistent flow and adhesion without excessive flash time.
Due to its acute toxicity, flammability, and respiratory hazards, the product requires a full safety program: wear eye protection, chemical-resistant gloves, protective clothing, and a respirator in a well-ventilated area. Follow all SDS guidelines for handling, storage, and emergency response.
