Micro-Perfecting surface technology assures a smooth finish that is easy to sand. Metal Grip is stain-resistant, tack-free, and clog-free.
USC® 77706 Metal Grip Filler is an 8 oz liquid filler formulated for rapid repair of metal and composite substrates in collision work. It bonds to a wide range of surfaces, including steel, aluminum, galvanized metal, fiberglass, polyester, wood, and various plastics, making it suitable for structural fill and surface preparation before finishing.
The filler offers low viscosity for easy flow into tight joints and provides excellent adhesion without the need for additional primers on compatible substrates. Its VOC content is 205 g/L, meeting many regional emissions standards while delivering a strong, sandable bond that can be feather-ed to blend with surrounding panels.
Use in a well-ventilated area and wear appropriate PPE: eye protection, chemical-resistant gloves, protective clothing, and a respirator.
