USC® Half Time® 21000 is a one-step filler and specialty putty formulated for rapid repair of automotive panels. Delivered in a 0.5 gal paste/gel can, it bonds to a wide range of substrates including ABS, aluminum, fiberglass, galvanized steel, OEM plastics, polyester, primer, SMC, wood, and standard automotive steel.
The formulation contains 235 g/L VOCs and is designed for application at an average temperature of 200 °F, providing reliable flow and adhesion in high-temperature shop environments. Its versatile chemistry allows seamless integration into multi-step repair sequences without the need for separate primers on compatible surfaces.
Due to its classification as a Danger product with acute toxicity, skin corrosion, eye damage, and flammability hazards, appropriate personal protective equipment-eye protection, gloves, protective clothing, and a respirator-is required. Use in a well-ventilated area and observe all H-statements (H226, H302, H312, H315, H319, H332, H351, H361d).
