USC® Icing® 26011 is a liquid polyester finishing putty supplied in a 30 oz pumptainer. It is formulated for seamless filler work on automotive body panels, providing a smooth base before sanding and painting.
The putty can be applied at an average temperature of 220 °F and adheres to a wide range of substrates including ABS, aluminum, fiberglass, galvanized steel, OEM plastics, polyester, primer, SMC, wood, and other common body shop materials. Its VOC content is 281 g/L, supporting compliance with environmental regulations while delivering consistent fill performance.
Use requires standard protective equipment: eye protection, chemical-resistant gloves, protective clothing, and a respirator in well-ventilated areas. The product's flash point is 93.9 °F (34.4 °C), and the SDS lists a "Warning" signal word with multiple GHS hazards.
