The formulation cures to handling strength in 35 minutes and reaches full cure in 3 hours, providing a sandable window that matches the cure time. How to Use
For backside reinforcement repair on a variety of plastic components
- Clean the substrate and remove all loose material, oil, grease, or contaminants; ensure a dry, sound surface.
- Mix the two components in a 1 : 1.2 ratio (Part A : Part B) by stirring until a uniform viscous liquid is achieved. The mixed adhesive has a work time of 35 minutes.
- Apply the adhesive with a suitable brush or spatula in a single coat to fill gaps, bond panels, or repair damage.
- Maintain the part within the specified application temperature range (as required by shop conditions) while working.
- Allow the adhesive to set for up to 3 hours before handling; it becomes sandable after this cure period.
