High Teck™ 1070-4 Premium Low VOC Reducer is a 1 qt liquid reducer formulated for use with e-coat and primer systems in automotive refinishing. Its zero-VOC composition makes it suitable for environmentally controlled paint booths while delivering consistent flow characteristics.
The reducer provides a tack-free time of 30 minutes and a flash time of 10-15 minutes, allowing rapid panel handling without compromising film formation. A minimum pot life of 2 hours at 77 °F (25 °C) gives technicians ample working time for large jobs or complex geometries. Compatibility with e-coat and primer substrates ensures seamless integration into multi-stage coating processes.
Due to its classification as acute toxicity, aquatic toxicity, carcinogen, eye damage, flammable, organ toxic, reproductive hazard, and skin corrosion material, proper personal protective equipment is required: eye protection, chemical-resistant gloves, protective clothing, and a respirator.
