High Teck™ gloss black chassis paint provides an excellent protective coating on a variety of vehicle locations. It has excellent adhesion, impact resistance and is fuel resistant when cured with High Teck™ 77132 synthetic enamel hardner.
High Teck™ 77410-1 Chassis Paint is a ready-to-spray, gloss black coating formulated for chassis and structural repairs. It provides a durable finish on aluminum, bare metal, e-coat, primer, and steel substrates, making it suitable for complete chassis repaints or touch-up work.
The paint delivers 577 sq ft per gallon at a dry film thickness of 1 mil, allowing efficient coverage on large surface areas. With a flash time of approximately 10 minutes and a pot life of 4-6 hours at 77 °F (25 °C), technicians have ample working time before recoat is required. The product's low flash point of -17.8 °C requires careful handling.
