Norton 82735 Windshield Sealer is a 10.5 fl-oz cartridge formulated for sealing windshield edges and seams prior to final glazing. It is designed for use over primer-coated substrates, providing a reliable barrier against moisture ingress and wind noise.
The sealer cures to full strength in 24-36 hours at ambient temperature, allowing efficient workflow without extended downtime. With a VOC content of 0.55 lb/gal (66 g/L) it meets low-emission requirements while maintaining excellent adhesion and flexibility on primed surfaces. The product offers a one-year shelf life when stored in original packaging.
Safety is critical: the formulation is classified as Danger with acute toxicity, flammability, oxidizer, and respiratory hazards. Use appropriate eye protection, protective clothing, and a respirator, and ensure adequate ventilation during application. Flash point is 140 °F (60 °C).
