RSG™ REVvive™ 91017 E-Coat is a 12.8 oz aerosol touch-up coating formulated for rapid repair of e-coat and other metal finishes. It is designed for body shop technicians needing a fast, single-stage solution to restore olive-green OEM colors on aluminum, steel, galvanized, fiberglass, polyester and similar substrates.
At an application temperature of 68 °F the aerosol provides a theoretical coverage of 59 ft² per unit and cures to touch within 20-30 minutes. The product can be applied in one to two coats, delivering a durable finish that bonds to e-coat, primer, SMC and other common base layers without additional sanding.
Use requires standard personal protective equipment: eye protection, chemical-resistant gloves, protective clothing and a respirator in a well-ventilated area. The formulation is classified with multiple GHS hazards (acute toxicity, flammable, carcinogen, etc.), so follow the listed H-statements and SDS guidelines during handling.

Application Guide
- Clean the substrate (aluminum, e-coat, fiberglass, galvanized, OEM, polyester, primer, SMC, or steel) to remove dust, grease, and loose material; ensure it is dry.
- Shake the aerosol can for at least 30 seconds before use.
- Apply RSG™ REVvive™ 91017 E-Coat in a thin, even coat. One to two coats may be applied as needed.
- Allow each coat to flash and cure for 20-30 minutes at an ambient temperature of 68 °F before handling or applying additional coats.
