Polyvance Bumper & Cladding Coat™ 3611-4 is a low-VOC, pourable adhesion primer formulated for rapid preparation of bumper and cladding surfaces. It delivers a uniform light-gray base that promotes strong bond strength before topcoat application.
The primer adheres to e-coat finishes, plastics, and existing primers, providing consistent coverage on typical automotive substrates. Its low viscosity allows easy flow and minimal brush marks, while the formulation is designed for fast flash-flash point -4°F (-20°C)-enabling quick turnaround in body shop environments.
Safety handling requires standard PPE: eye protection, chemical-resistant gloves, protective clothing, and a respirator when ventilation is limited. The product carries a "Warning" signal word with H226, H317, and H320 hazard statements; ensure adequate ventilation to avoid inhalation irritation.
