Firm, fine, soft polish foam pad removes swirls and brings up the gloss, choose the size and connection type to fit your needs.
The Presta 890145 Single-Sided Soft Polishing Pad is a 8½ in diameter, 1½ in thick foam pad designed for use with hook-and-loop backed polishing machines. It provides a uniform, low-cut finish on clear coats and primers, making it ideal for final polish work on automotive panels.
Constructed from a soft polyurethane foam, this blue pad delivers consistent coverage across a range of substrates including ABS, aluminum, fiberglass, OEM finishes, and various plastics. Its single-sided design allows quick changeovers while maintaining optimal flash time during polishing cycles. Technicians should wear appropriate personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and respirators when using abrasive compounds, and ensure adequate ventilation in the work area to control dust and fumes.
