Dual-Mix™ 39357 Flexible Urethane Foam is a 7 oz liquid cartridge formulated for rapid fill and shaping of OEM panels and plastic substrates in collision repair. The low-viscosity mix expands to a flexible foam that provides professional-grade surface restoration before sanding or coating.
The formulation offers a work time of 15 seconds at 70 °F (21 °C) and reaches full cure in 15 minutes under the same conditions, enabling fast turnaround on repair cycles. Zero VOC content eliminates emissions concerns while delivering consistent coverage for seamless repairs on OEM and plastic parts.
Due to acute toxicity, skin corrosion, eye damage, and respiratory hazards, use requires appropriate personal protective equipment: chemical-resistant gloves, safety glasses or face shield, protective clothing, and a respirator in well-ventilated areas. How to Use
For use on plastic, primed or painted surfaces and metal
- Ensure the substrate (OEM or plastic) is clean, dry, and free of oil, grease, or loose material.
- Dispense the Dual-Mix™ urethane foam from the cartridge; no additional mixing ratio is required.
