Factory Pack™ 19163 Automotive Basecoat is a 16 oz ready-to-use (RTU) aerosol formulated in an Alabaster Silver shade for OEM color matching and custom finishes. It is intended for basecoat applications on automotive panels where a uniform, high-gloss foundation is required before clear coating.
The basecoat adheres to e-coat, OEM primer, plastic, and other typical automotive substrates, providing consistent coverage from a single aerosol can. Its formulation is designed for efficient flash time and easy spray application, reducing overall shop labor while maintaining color fidelity across panels.
Due to its classification as acute toxicity, carcinogen, and flammable compressed gas, proper personal protective equipment-including eye protection, gloves, protective clothing, and a respirator-is required. Use in a well-ventilated area and follow all H-statements (H222, H280, H315, H318, H336, H351, H361, H372) for safe handling.
