U-POL HIGH#5™ UP0763V is a high-build, white primer supplied in a 450 mL aerosol can, designed for rapid fill-in of imperfections and surface preparation before topcoat application. It delivers up to 21.5 sq-ft (2 m²) coverage per can when applied at the recommended temperature of 68 °F, typically requiring one to two coats to achieve a uniform film.
The formulation adheres to a broad range of substrates-including aluminum, bare metal, e-coat, fiberglass, galvanized steel, OEM finishes, polyester, SMC and other primers-providing excellent wet-sandability and adhesion. Its high build nature reduces the need for multiple thin layers, improving workflow efficiency in collision repair environments.
Due to its flammable nature (flash point -60 °C) and listed GHS hazards, proper personal protective equipment is mandatory: eye protection, chemical-resistant gloves, protective clothing, and a respirator. Apply in a well-ventilated area and follow H-statements H222, H225, H229, H304, H315, H319, H336, and H351 for safe handling.
