U-POL Trim #11 (UP0878) is a high-build aerosol topcoat formulated for automotive trim applications where a deep, stain-black finish and durable protection are required. The 450 mL can provides approximately 48.4 sq-ft of coverage per unit, suitable for one to two coats on aluminum, OEM plastic, steel, or other compatible substrates.
Designed for use at an application temperature of 68 °F, this topcoat delivers a uniform high-build film that adheres well to the listed substrates and resists chipping and abrasion. The aerosol delivery ensures consistent flash time between coats, allowing body shop technicians to achieve professional results with minimal overspray.
Due to its flammable nature (flash point -60 °C) and multiple GHS hazards, proper personal protective equipment is mandatory: eye protection, chemical-resistant gloves, protective clothing, and a respirator. Apply in a well-ventilated area and follow all H-statements (H222, H225, H226, H229, H302, H304, H312, H315) for safe handling.
