USC® 58220 All Resin is a one-gallon amber liquid resin formulated for high-performance repairs on fiberglass, plastic, polyester, primer, SMC and wood substrates. It provides a versatile base for composite laminates, structural fills, and coating applications in collision repair environments.
The formulation delivers low viscosity for excellent wetting and penetration, while its VOC content of 384 g/L meets industry standards for emissions control. The resin's flash point is 93.9 °F (34.4 °C), supporting safe handling under typical shop conditions. Compatibility with a wide range of substrates reduces the need for multiple specialty products, streamlining workflow and inventory.
Due to its classification as a Danger substance with acute toxicity, carcinogenicity, and flammability hazards, appropriate personal protective equipment-including eye protection, chemical-resistant gloves, protective clothing, and a respirator-must be worn.
