USC® Super Charger™ 40154 Resin Additive is a 16 oz liquid accelerator designed for use in polyester resin systems to increase cure speed and improve final hardness. It is added at a ratio of 1 oz per specified resin batch, making it suitable for high-volume body shop applications where rapid turnaround is required.
The additive works with galvanized metal, plastic, and polyester substrates, delivering consistent flash times and reduced pot life without sacrificing coverage. By accelerating the cure reaction, technicians achieve faster flash time while maintaining the mechanical properties needed for structural repairs.
Safety is critical: the product carries a "Warning" signal word and multiple GHS hazards, including acute toxicity, flammability (flash point 93.9 °F/34.4 °C), and eye damage.
