USC® 58015 Fiberglass Resin is a 1-quart amber liquid resin formulated for high-performance fiberglass laminating and repair applications. It bonds to a wide range of substrates including aluminum, bare metal, fiberglass, plastic, polyester, primer, steel, and wood, making it suitable for structural repairs and composite fabrications in body shop environments.
The formulation contains 402 g/L VOCs and exhibits a flash point of 93.9 °F (34.4 °C), providing a balance of workability and safety during mixing and application. The resin's chemistry is compatible with standard US Chemical & Plastics hardeners, delivering reliable cure characteristics on the listed substrates.
Because the product is classified with a "Warning" signal word and includes acute toxicity, skin corrosion, eye damage, flammability, and respiratory hazards, appropriate personal protective equipment-eye protection, chemical-resistant gloves, protective clothing, and a respirator-must be used.
