Lexus uses Toyota's label: the paint code is on the label on the driver's door jamb (the B-pillar).

Look for C/TR. The three characters before the slash are the paint code; the ones after it are the interior trim: 1F7 Classic Silver Metallic, 218 Attitude Black.

Some Lexus whites are tri-coats, a base color and a pearl mid-coat: 070 Blizzard Pearl and 089 Wind Chill Pearl come as a 2-can set.
